Payment

• We only require 50% down payment for any services offered.
• Overpayments may be used for other services; refunds are subject to approval and transfer fees will be shouldered by the customer.
• Due to limited slots, down payments are non-refundable once a slot is reserved.
• Early check-outs or reduced guest count do not reduce the total reservation cost.
• Sending a down payment implies full acceptance of The Old Grove Farmstead policies.

Cancellation

Pencil Bookings

• No confirmation reply means no pencil booking or reservation.
• Failure to pay within the pencil booking period will result in auto-cancellation.

Confirmed Bookings

• Last-minute cancellation is not allowed.
• No-show or on-the-day cancellation results in deposit forfeiture.
• A 20% cancellation fee applies based on the total confirmed amount.

Additional Policies

• Additional guests/rooms must be approved at least one day prior to ensure availability.
• Same-day rescheduling is not allowed and results in forfeiture.
• One-time rescheduling is allowed with valid reason and 24-hour notice.
• Failure to reschedule within a month results in forfeiture.
• Return policy applies to souvenirs within 7 days with a receipt.
• Refunds require valid reasons and supporting documents; bank fees are deducted from the refund.
• Two-strike policy applies for no-shows and unpaid cancellations; violators may be blacklisted.
